Common on, who are we kidding. Torrents are mainly populated with shows that have been encoded by someone so that it can be shared by all. I see no difference between this and having someone tape a show for you...well, maybe the difference is that tape can reach over 50 million people in the span of an hour. Still a great product, but I doubt people will pay to use this. <br><br>If you use torrents to get your shows, I doubt you'll want to pay >$299 for this. If you want to get your content on the big screen there are cheaper ways to get there (XBMC). Provided my phone is in my pocket, my laptop always has an internet connection. It's great. Unfortunately it's not exactly grandma-friendly having to figure out which of 3 INIT strings an 2 dialup codes to use after determining the right port and launching the phone connector in windows. A lot of people pay me a decent bit of money so that they don't have to think about the details.<br><br>The significance here is on a market level, not a technology level. I was going to say that it running Linux, you could just open up VLC but it doesn't output correctly and would need to be worked on.
