Touch based interfaces arent very accurate. Hell, why not ever something similar to the scroll ball of a blackberry? It's all of the details put together.<br><br>Apple doesn't "own the shape", but when you've got the exact same rounded corners and rounded edges (to pretty much the same radius), with a metal bezel, black inset, and single button containing a small, simple stroked shape...<br><br>Well, come on, you can hardly blame people for accusing it of borrowing heavily from Apple industrial design. It'd be like buying a car that looked exactly like a Ferrari simply for the image. Guaranteed there are much better PMPs out there than this, but this one is bound to succeed because it looks like the iPhone.
