Oh yeah, that's a fine rationalization. "WE make mistakes so why can't they?". Because WE are generally held responsible for our mistakes. Friendly fire incidents are prosecuted. AI "probably" being more capable ain't gonna cut it bud. Yeah, drones are working good but thankfully, "under the right circumstances" doesn't include autonomous attack decisions (yet).
