Screw 66nm! If the smallest feature-size isn't 65nm, then I don't want it!!<br><br>800mbit per bit lane is the going rate for DDR2, but the usual voltage is 1.8v. Heck, even DDR3 runs at 1.5v, so with a quick check of Digikey this looks to be the lowest voltage memory of *any* type on the market.
