TouchLess-Car washes, for example, thiefs!  <br><br>How about the HTC Touch, which was released a good 3 months or so BEFORE the iPod Touch...<br><br>Please don't forget that the Universe and hence gadgets within it, existed before the all-mighty Apple came into existence....<br><br>P.S.  I just found out that a person and now company called Webster has been printing the word Touch in its periodicals for over 200 years! I thought the 'Touch of Color' was going to be extremely noticeable in a well lit room, but we hardly notice it. The picture quality is out of this world, however I'm still tweaking it for video games and movies.<br><br>As far as it being network capable for the RSS feeds, weather, etc..., that's really not a big deal to me as I have a laptop, a desktop, or a Wii among other things to get that info.<br><br>One thing I will note, I'm not a fan of the remote. The track wheel seems at times too sluggish and other times too fast. Hit or miss for me. Sporting the 120hz refresh rate, 4ms seek time, 50000:1 contrast and 52" at 1080p is a gorgeous TV. Really the only difference between the 7-series and the 6-seris is DLNA - you're better off buying an XBOX360 to do that anyhow. <br><br>Either way, the Touch-of-Color generation significantly out-preforms the previous generation, especially in speed and in contrast. Circuit City started selling them at $4000 over two weeks ago and is running a sale at $3150 this week. I already have had my 52" delivered by Best Buy at $3050 with free next day delivery and double reward points (about $80 in certificates). Just use some negotiating are you can get a decent deal and walk away with the extra functionality for the same price as the 650. The quality is outstanding by the way except for a little more reflection than I would have liked. If you think about how much time Americans spend in front of their television compared to anything else it almost seems like a steal if you really think about it. Granted spending 4k as a college student is a little crazy in my eyes BUT I can understand how some people have no problem spending so much when they use Television to relax after long day of work and have the money to spend.<br><br>I personally use too sell tv's and never watch TV except for DiscoveryHD & History Channel. I use my Sammy 71 series as computer monitor.<br><br>As far as the whole $6 a day on a African child could be said about anything. I don't feel its correlated too spending money on a TV. The amount people spend on houses, cars, TVs, weddings, etc.. which is where people spend the most money will not effect a regular person because they are buying these items for themselves to enjoy. Comparing how much a person decides to spend on a TV and saying all that money you spent could save tons of children. <br><br>People work their asses off to enjoy the better things in life. If they want to spend the money they've earned on something nice don't trash them for it.
