I own a N810... and trust me, your statements smack of "unknowing"... <br><br>And honestly, I'm happy that it doesn't run a Windows OS.  I have: Flash 9, (true) internet accessibility, and an OS that I know won't be that susceptible to malware, ad-ware, and virus attacks (it happens, but much more rarely than any version of Windows).<br><br>WiMax on the other hand though... even Sprint's roll out of Xohm is delayed.  And only in a few cities. This is exactly the price that was expected, esp. when they dropped the non-wimax N810's price by $100. They do have some overlap, but that's about it.  The big thing about the n810 for me is the ability for video-chat, skype and a physical keyboard. I would love something like this which was a Sprint phone too since I don't use it that much to call people - something that's more data oriented, and less a phone - but bigger and better than a blackberry.
