So.... I get sued for lying, and to compensate I get a whole bunch of my current kit shifted at half price, compared to those people who wouldn't have bought those items in the first place.<br><br>yeah some people may have been buying one and this will help them, but it ain't a refund or fix or replacement, you still have to give them money for lying. If it is a regular hard drive, available space is determined by your file system.<br><br>Creative's marketing team does boast a lot about features, sometimes to the point of nonsense. That's not a bad deal.  But by the time the settlement is approved, Creative will have probably raised the prices on all their 1GB players by 30%. <br><br><br>And misleading or not, the Vision:M is still my favorite player of all time. I love - LOVE - my creative players, and the freedom they allow. Plus, I know what 1GB equals in bytes. <br><br>I will not take part in it, and irked because I feel like I am going to be inconvenienced in order to remove myself from the suit.
