The submission date is 01-MAY-2008 and they request some confidentiality in the filing. It's a darn good phone but it took so long to come out. Now all the fun is a bit dated.<br><br>I wish Samsung comes out with a shocker in Q4. If you have one, then you probably have your data connection on 24/7 and checking your POP3/IMAP servers every 15 minutes. No wonder. I can go the whole day making calls checking mail and surfing and by the end of they day have 25% left. I get excellent battery life; with my usage, I go _days_ between charges. My only gripe is its conservative RAM. The specs list it as 64MB but only 56MB is available to the user.
