That is because there aren't any better pics with the FCC filing available. The submission date is 01-MAY-2008 and they request some confidentiality in the filing. But since it seems to be a slight alteration of a current Samsung phone (maybe just in the radio, but I don't care enough to research it) that they didn't bother with adding more detailed pics to the FCC filing.
