Seems like a home run if you ask me. If you want crazy computing power your going to spend more than $399.00. Does ANYONE here understand this?? It's not about the speed its about the architecture, size, and portability. This thing is a glorified cell phone at an increased form factor and price. Sure, you get a "regular" (non-mobile) operating system, but that's the only benefit this has over any new smartphone. Other 7-10 inch laptops offer better processors and higher-resolution displays for not much more money. (That's 400 MHz, too, and fits in a shirt pocket.) If you don't want the built-in keyboard, you could even get the N800 for $200 (still 400 MHz).<br><br>And I'm betting it's stomped for battery life. 4 hours of heavy use, 6+ of light use. A week of standby. If this is anything like the eee, it loses.<br><br>I don't see the point of this; there are no x86-only apps that run well on a machine of this class, so arch wars can't be used. It's not cheaper, and it's not got a full-sized keyboard... How's it better?<br><br>Oh, I forgot, old people who can't read 250px/inch displays.
