UPEK Eikon To Go RSA key comes with a built-in fingerprint reader
Although RSA's SecurID two-factor authentication system is pretty solid (except for when the keys go out of sync), it looks like organizations with even more stringent security requirements might be interested in UPEK's new Eikon To Go RSA key, which adds a fingerprint reader to the mix. Yep, nothing really too wild -- but it's definitely one of the cooler-looking SecurID keys we've seen out there.

So you plug it in and the swipe you finger on it
(so if you it was desktop that was on the floor then you have to be in an awkward position, but fixable with a USB extender, so be sure to carry with you always a USB extender...)

I always wonder with fingerprint readers if it's like "sorry boss, I can't come to work today, I've got a cut/burn/blister/graze on my finger so i won't be able to log on..."

That's why you enroll all of your fingers. The UPEK reader on my laptop allows a total of 21 enrolled fingerprints, so I'd imagine this one allows the same.

if your tower sits on the floor can you program it to read your toes?

Not sure about the Eikon to go, you might be able to. Here's an informative toe log in vid!

Is it just me or does that fingerprint reader look a lot like the key used to start up the BLACK LION in the old VOLTRON cartoon?
