Say your laptop is 100F.

100F = 37.778C
37.778C - 22C = 15.778C
15.778C = 60.4F

100F - 60.4F = 39.6F

So a 22C change to the original 100F temperature would cool it down to 60.4F. It could sport a 4 port USB Hub, so we wouldn't loose a port in the equation !!

By the way, you need to connect it to the portable so it can work, so for those who they could use it without a laptop ....
