Remote controls are so poorly designed for usability.  They're great at designing "pretty" remotes but nobody thinks about function.  Touchscreen is so "ooh ahh" but who the hell wants to have to LOOK at their remote to use it?  This thing doesn't even have up/down/left/right arrows all within a thumb's reach.  No guide/menu buttons for watching TV??
