But these OLED TVs do deserve their hype( even if the thin display isn't worth it), its the high quality of screen everyone is excited about. It is ridiculously thin in person.  They had a Blu-Ray movie playing and it was gorgeous, but 1080p on a screen that small seemed a little moot. I understand that new tech deserves to be showcased but who cares that the screen is 3mm thick when the base is thicker than a regular LCD and it loses half it's brightness over 5 years. and 11 inches? C'mon who's going to watch television on an 11inch screen? I'm waiting for a 2nd generation version of this tech to get excited.
