these devices are redefining the product cycle of out of date... with new models released even before the old ones have hit the market.

any day now... the Hurricane (wind's big brother) with a 2.0Ghz Atom-E chip.. due in the fall. The eee 1002 will also use this chip... but for $200 more.

I really enjoy reading about them. Its what brought me to engadget as a new reader only a few weeks ago.

PS- Again I don't so much have issues with relevant news. (New hardware announced. New functionality in a new software update, etc.) But when rumors are posted, store being down is posted, lines outside Apple store are posted. WTF? Is this Macrumors or Engadget. When did a line at the Apple store become a gadget? Again suck that Apple juice.
