Forget about A2DP, its never gonna happen with the iPhone or any "i" product. You could shove a 10mp sensor in there and it wouldn't make a difference. A lens that small is going to give a crap quality image. Even 2mp is overkill. All these makers upgrading their phone cameras with higher mp sensors are only doing it for marketing reasons. If you want to get 5mp worth of actual image data, you need a bigger/better lens.
