To add to that, Garmin has some of the best speech and voice recognition systems available on their device. Whether that translates to their phone is yet to be seen, but their Nuvi's are second to none. My next phone is going to be either iPhone or HTC Touch.. and I'm not liking the size of the touch's screen.

However, I refuse to give up EVDO. It's waay faster than AT&T's crappy 3G (I get 900kbps tethered), and coverage is awesome. Normally i would agree with you, but verizon really doesn't touch their smart phones.
