Guns are NOT 100% lethal. Their mortality rate is certainly higher than a taser, but it is certainly not 100%.

Before the taser the a cop would NOT have shot someone with his gun for getting on his nerves.The Taser and its extreme force is often being used in non violent situations against people who do not deserve it. For this reason alone it should be banned.
