I used a Sidekick and I've used a TyTN and I must say the candybar phone form factor is by far the best. It's because the keyboard allowing instant usage. TyTn requires you to slide the keyboard out which gets annoying. The sidekick requires you to open the device to use the keyboard. <br><br>I want this phone. I've seen this phone. I used to work for a company that wrote an app for sprint. We were supposed to have our app on the phone but the JVM was too crappy. Anyway, its a real phone and its about as lame as the shots make it look. Its smaller than a treo 700 but bigger than other phones in its class. The funny thing is that we had a sample over a year  ago. Some people prefer fixed function buttons that do exactly what they are supposed to instead of dinking around with a touch screen that may or may not register what you are wanting to do. Release data is supposed to be June 14th unless they change it again. Runs WinMo 6.1, looks like the Centro's older brother. Otherwise pretty much what you would expect. Palm used to be an innovator.  The Treo led the field.  Now they are shooting for the middle of the bell curve with this thing.  <br><br>I predict the 800, if ever released, is the last attempt by Palm at the high end smartphone.
