What most people do not get is you have to call and COMPLAIN to customer service. I have gotten two credits because it is not the phone....it is Sprints Network. Everytime I have a problem I call in and they tell me there is a trouble ticket for the Network because it is down. They do not know why their network is having problems but that is it!

Great comment. Completely agree. When was the last time Apple ran an ad that mentioned another competitor? They would never "muck" up their ads by mentioning inferior products.

Also, since App Store opened for iPhone, I think in one year it would be better (more useful) device than it is now. Instinct is good enough as functional hypeless substitute.

haha funny... "picture mail" is selling feature... the iphone does this thing called email... with viewable attachments... including pictures, office docs, pdfs, and iwork docs.... so picture mail is the best we can talk about here?

oh, and i'm glad they want to improve their data network after releasing a phone that breaks it... real good planning.

yeah, no excuses for the activation servers going down... but it's a one day thing. unfortunately for the instink, this is systemic and not easily resolved.
