If it's ever over 104 Fahrenheit (assuming my math is correct) outside I will need more than this funny looking hat. You'r correct, living in Florida I can say on the right day you can make a lot of friends. I've seen a number of times that the people with those spray bottle fans are all of sudden the people to be around and I can't imagine what this hat-fan will do for your social status!

Frankly, this is a way cool idea. While traipsing around some gargantuan amusement park in Florida my daughter used something like this:
