Except for $200 you can get a regular 750GB hard drive at Best Buy. For $180 you can easily get over 500 anywhere. Microsoft gives Xboxers the shaft with proprietary HD's.

On a side note, I really want to pick up a 20GB 360 while the sale is going one, but I have a PS3 and all the games I want are generally multi-platform, so for now I still can't justify the money. I have a pro with 20gb hard drive in it, and i cant see spending more than $80 for a new hard drive. I wish it was like the PS3 where u put ur own hard drive in, but no i forgot this is M$.

And BTW if u buy a new hard drive, i don't think the data transfer kit transfers ur saves. So i get to start all over with everything. GREAT innovation. And my 20GB hard drive is just like a RROD xbox, just another paper weight....
