In regards to the rather large 'block-like' object with a ethernet adapter. I came accross it on after a gander at Google. Its an External Charger, with extra connections. This is to support (from what I've found) the 1 cell battery, which on its own has 2.5 hours of use. With plans for a 3 cell to be introduced later on.
I'm quite pleased by the AMD route as well. Especially since the graphics appears to have had some focus in the design. For me, this is much more appealing than an/all Eee pc(s). This is a full voltage laptop CPU placed in a netbook, how can it handle all the heat? The battery life will be poor as well.

Personally, I like it has a 7" screen now with a decent 1024x600 resolution used in the other larger netbooks.
