I have XM and the first gen Slacker Portable. There are far, far too many bugs and problems with the first-gen device to make it a sat-radio killer. Not to mention no live talk content. Even with the smaller, sleeker device - the interface needs a complete overhaul - they should honestly fire the first team and start over from scratch. They are charging $300 for a device that frequently "forgets" network keys, and sometimes takes 10 seconds or more to acknowledge a button press.
