Well...they would obviously be idiots. The logic there being that, if *I* have a 13.3" Vaio, obviously 13.3" is the optimum size, and Vaio is the best balance of price, performance, quality, and portability. I know because I have one, and whatever *I* have is by definition the best. And anyone buying or needing anything other than what I need or buy is NOT buying the best (regardless of how it meets their needs), and they are therefore fundamentally inferior.

Yeah...I had a friend at one time who's definition the 'the best' just happened to always be whatever he personally owned or thought was cool. Some people just need EVERYONE around them to affirm their choice by choosing the same way or they feel insecure. Sad really. I didn't get it until high school but there are advantages to being an outcast. They can only throw you out once, and then you can do whatever you want without fear of penalty...

As for this latest introduction to the pantheon of netbooks...looks nice. Is it by any chance fanless ? That's the only thing really holding be back from upgrading from the Fujitsu P1120 to a netbook. The P1120 is basically silent but, while it's Transmeta CPU does everything I really want, a little more oomph would be nice...

And...maybe I have a drop of fanboy in me too, but I guess I'd really rather buy an AMD based netbook. I just seem to prefer supporting them for some reason (which is obviously NOT top end performance...). Bobcat's a ways off though...and there's no guaranty yet that it will run cool enough for fanless operation either.
