The SDK rules already forbid VoIP from running over cellular networks. Skype would have to be run using WiFi if it were to be allowed. People went "Oh, that's ugly", "FAKE", "do not want", etc..

but after 2-3 weeks, Apple updates their website and shows the exact fat nano. And when it hit the stores, people went "wow nice", "very cute", "do want!", etc..

But still, if that thing right there is true, then I'm kinda disappointed. Did you ever think of how the Mighty Mouse knew which side of the mouse you had your finger on? Apple has been experimenting with making capacitive touch screens more affordable and rugged for years, slowing incorporating them into their products.

I'm curious what features in the Zune attracted you to it?

Regarding the screen, the only time you see fingerprints is when the screen is off. The screen is very bright and the optical quality glass is very dense so scratches don't occur like they do with plastics.
