Unfortunately, it totally fails when compared to a PSP with a 1SEG TV tuner for about $225. Add a waterproof bag made for the PSP for an extra $20 and you're good to go.
(Of course PSP uses a memory stick, so you can add your own video/music/pictures and play a game, or two.)

With the $100 left over, you could pick up an 8GB memory stick, battery and other stuff to trick out your PSP.

Even though they say this is aimed to be used with jacuzzi or bathtubs scenarios, am I the only one concerned how these type of products are terrible for the amount of water being wasted while watching TV while taking a freaking shower?
