You've glorified cameras that are crap indoors because you fell for the mega-pixel scam, you've hyped computer monitors built with generic TN LCD panels, and now you give this over-priced THiB publicity and don't even allude to it's worst-than-BOSE cross-over frequency!

Evan

Comments on Sony's BDV-IT1000ES and BDV-IS1000 HTIB systems do Blu-ray

Yes, the speakers are essentially tweeters. But after owning the progenitor to these systems, I can honestly say that they perform as well as the Jamo/Kenwood system that I previously owned without being able to hear much difference between the two. These aren't designed to compete with truly expensive systems. They are designed to be affordable, wife-friendly, and easy to set up. And it does all of those things with aplomb. And surprisingly... VERY RARELY does the "midrange driver" which is pointed up facing out of the sub unit (which goes down to a fairly respectable 30Hz with some good thump) actually localize at all.

zeroaxs
