After countless alt+space > "move" trips, I always end up givin' up and moving the bar back to the bottom. :/

Even though there is a possibity of what you said is true. Looking at the info we currently have, the screen doesn't look like it reaches the width of the body. No known phone I know of will reaches the width. Maybe for shock reason? I do hope this will come in true in the future.
