I think that yes it will saturate the economy in the long run if they continue to release netbooks like this for about another 6 years which I highly doubt.. I'm sure that they will be redesigning these babies.. Slimmer designs, CD-DVD bays, more features, etc. Things will change, so the risk of inflation caused by these netbooks is not very likely at all.
