Just because the vast majority of smartphones come with Windows Mobile doesn't mean people are buying the phones WM or that they like the experience. I've yet to meet anyone who has used WM and enjoyed the experience. Not the CEO of my company, my mother, or my friends. I agree that the iphone is a wonderful device but I think apple should lighten up on the pricing I believe that firmware upgrades to a device that you already bought and paid for should be free.
