We all know that Russians have many new billionaires in recent years due to the oil boom, and here's a handset that might appeal to them due to its relative rarity - it has been reported that only 10 of these phones will be released via the Euroset mobile network. The Incrudo Phantom as it is known comes in a minimalist design that is fashioned with luxurious materials, where both the apparatus body and buttons are made out of high strength titanium alloy while the display uses sapphire glass that is virtually scratchproof. A blue sapphire acts as the OK button, and the other features of this rather brick-like handset are :-

GSM/GPRS network compatibility
240 x 320 resolution display at 16 million colors
3 megapixel camera
8GB internal memory

Don't think the well-heeled will find this to be as desirable as something cheaper and more common IMHO. I personally think it looks butt ugly - what about you?

Thanks that makes a lot more sense than the story above. There's loads of newly rich millionaires in Russia, and they only have to find 10 tasteless enough to buy this. I am betting they'll sell out in no time. The ability to stop bullets is valued in Russia as well.

I'm not liking it's looks either, but I'm betting that the near scratch-proof Incrudo will look better than any standard cheap beat-to-crap techno-bauble-gadget in white (or whatever) after about 2 years of real-world use.

I know I'm probably wrong, but these slots on the right side look like USB ports.
If that would be true then I could maybe overlook the thickness and the bad looks of this thing (probably not the price though); I'm still waiting for a cell phone where you can download or upload files directly from an usb key or external HD.
Why not a single phone maker in the world has ever thought of offering this possibility is beyond me

You are looking for a device with USB Host. The HTC Advantage has that, but its probably a but big for your pocket.
