Engadget Podcast 113 - 10.13.2008: The Engadget Podcast returns!

You read that right -- the Engadget Podcast is back... with a vengeance. Recently we've been getting a ton of emails and comments suggesting we bring back the show, and since we're all as much a fan of it as you are, that's just what we did. We've been dying to get the podcast back in action -- especially with the holidays, CES, and Macworld on the very near horizon -- so now seemed like the ideal time. We've just wrapped the official reintroduction, and you can listen in via the links below. This week we cover quite a few exciting developments in the world of gadgetry, including (but certainly not limited to) RIM's new Storm, the upcoming Apple laptop event, and Nintendo's unveiling of the DSi. We hope you enjoy, and stay tuned for more!

When I click on the iTunes link, it tells me that it's not available in the US store. And it's not listed in the catalog...what gives?
Nilay Patel @ Oct 13th 2008 4:44PM
We're working on it -- these feeds haven't been populated in a while, they're taking some time to refresh.

Just a general note:
If you own a Zune and want to subscribe to the Engadget Podcast, just copy the RSS MP3 link and hit the "Add A Podcast" button inside your Zune software (Under "podcasts" Tab). Click OK, and enjoy the goodness. :)

In my excitement, I forgot the Bungie Podcast!
But hey, they update at the very most once a month, so that's like not a podcast at all.

Peter @ Oct 13th 2008 11:10PM
That was a fast download; I got up to 769 KB/s (my limit is somewhere around that). That is shockingly good. If only people seeded torrents at that speed...
jaycalgary @ Oct 14th 2008 4:06AM
I'm happy but I hope its not just because of apple tomorrow. Probably because there last few podcasts where, pimp apple and then no more. Just around for big events. Oh well better then nothing.
Sergio @ Oct 14th 2008 9:33AM
Really exited about this.
But after hearing how these pussy nerds suck the fruityphone ass (mentioned like 100 times). I turned of this crap.
Get real losers not EVERYONE wants to hear about that limited piece of shit!!!!. You guys suck!!!!
Russell @ Oct 14th 2008 1:18PM
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Skyride @ Oct 14th 2008 2:09PM
Will this be available as an MP3 download? I completely refuse to install any apple software (other than quicktime) on my computer.
Joshua Topolsky @ Oct 15th 2008 8:16PM
There's an MP3 download link up above. "LISTEN (MP3)"
Hope that helps!
