Me, I say go for Windows 2010 Ultimate Classic Platinum Experience Edition Pro. That captures the essence of Windows in a nutshell.

I run Vista 64 Ultimate and it is the fastest and most stable OS I have ever used.

I'm not a Microsoft fan boy, Vista just works and it works well.
