The only thing Asus has done is choosing a single name for each configuration. Compare this to say.. IBM which for each base model of the Thinkpad line kept like 50 sub-models. One with bluetooth, another one without. One with a dual core Pentium, another one with a single-core Celeron. One with dedicated graphics, another one with integrated. One with a high-resolution screen, another one with low resolution etc.. The only number which has relevance is Wh. For example:<br><br>Samsung NC10: 11,1Vx5200mAh=57,7Wh<br>ASUS eeePC 1000H: 7,4VX6600maH=48,84Wh<br><br>That means if the consumption is the same Samsung's battery lasts longer than the ASUS one, even though it has less mAh<br><br>The reason why the 1002HA has just 2 cells is because it is a lithium ion polymer, they always have two. And it is the newer better technology especially for thin devices because it can have any form.
