Voodoo PC may make pretty computers, but that's where the dazzle ends. The insides of their computers are barely more than generic and their customer support is laughable. Virtually any other computer manufacturer can build you a better performing computer for less $$$ than Voodoo. With other PC manufacturers (Lenovo, Apple, Alienware, etc..) you can be sure you won't find refurbished components in your new machines. You can also be sure with other PC manufacturers that the OS is tested on the hardware in advance. No such guarantees with Mr. Sood's sompany. With no guarantee your computer will work as advertised and a customer service department whose first response to anything is "Well that's not our fault", buying a Voodoo PC is an awful gamble.

R

Comments on Voodoo's Rahul Sood continues to tease new product, calls it "forward-thinking"

Don't think I could have said it better myself. Grow up a little, every computer has a problem, and you wouldnt be buying voodoo if you didnt think it was sweet and cool, you made the choice, and as far as the reviews are concerned its a great unit, I love mine!...But then again, I know how to use it w/o breaking it. (p.s. at least voodoo tech support will stay on the line with your sorry arse and help you until 10:30 their time at night when they were closed at 7! Try getting that from Dell!)

EnvyLover
