The problem with this monitor is that the color reproduction is seriously washed out and very angle dependent. If you sit 24" from the screen, some low contrast lines will fade to invisibility toward the edges of the screen because of the change in viewing angle - they're still there, just move your head and they appear, but it means that small scale color/contrast reproduction is literally all over the place. A viewing angle of 178 degrees may be true, but by the time you get to that angle, some of the picture has actually inverted itself.
