Maybe I'm the only one that wants an overtly evil robot (Yes, with friggin' lasers.) Not that I would have him kill anyone. Yet. He would call me Master, and everyone else "meatbag" or "squishy" or "fleshy"; maybe even "future power source." He would have memorable phrases such as:

"I'm sorry, I can't allow you to do that."
"Bite my shiny metal ass."
"You have ten seconds to drop your weapon..." (then he keeps counting even if the weapon is dropped)
"I will re-calculate. Your deaths will be indescribable."
"You have been deemed hazardous. Will you comply?"
