#1 does it do what I need it to do?
#2 does it do what i wnat it to do?
#3 if this thing stops working, can I get it repaired or refunded?
#4 does the company selling this constantly provide firmware/software support.

I trust Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Apple and Sony because with most of their warranties, I know if I have a problem I can get it repaired or replaced without having to spend money.

I could never by any Chinese products unless they are backed by a warranty that I can have mitigated here in my country.

I think the mio looks good but, I'd have to give it extensive tests before I'd trade over from my iphone.
