Anyway, movies are usually 2 dots and occasionally 3. I can force to 4 dots, receive a very long initial buffer time (really long) and then the movie plays fine. No hiccups whatsoever. I'm running on a VG quality 3.0 DSL line (low latency, always at cap speeds). This problem is on the head end, no doubt. I'm going to upgrade to a faster line soon, but I don't expect to see this problem fixed anytime soon.
