2. While you can make the argument that just because they are primarily used to play pirated games, I can make the argument that I paid for it so I should be allowed to do with it what I want. This is a similar concept as ripping a CD to my computer. Sure, I could put it on the internet for all to enjoy, but I probably won't so bugger off.

3. Homebrew: Because not all game developers are in it for money/fame/women. Some just want to make fun games for all.
