TWC now shipping tuning adapters in Rochester, NY -- do you have yours?
The headline pretty much says it all, but if you really have to know the details, we've heard from two different Rochester-based tipsters that Time Warner Cable has informed them that their tuning adapter has shipped. This marks the second major market in the nation to receive these splendid boxes from the carrier, and it got us to wondering about everyone else.
