Kitchens, as the article suggests? Dunno, cooking from scratch isn't that popular these days; and while my mother's advanced enough to use a computer for recipes, she doesn't use recipes most of the time, having them all memorized. If the market is those who are computer-competent, cook regularly, and don't have 90% of your recipes memorized... oh, and can afford to burn more than a netbook's worth on a computer tied to one place, I don't see it.

I'd say the real wall-mounted PC market is not so much for computing, but for wall-mounted TV, with computer capability as a bonus. Does anyone really have a use for a wall-mounted TV this small, even in a small apartment? I would just watch TV on my laptop...

The place I could see a wall-mounted computer being handy is with a larger screen, pretending it's a wall-mounted TV of reasonable size, but having the added ability of light netbook-like computer capabilities. and for extra kicks, add a small motor and motion sensors so that the computer follows you to different areas rather than being stuck to one place.
Obviously there are limitations, but some corners can be adjusted so that it can go around some of them, or have it go up the wall in order to get it over doorways.

I've been planning to intregrate my own Fridge-comp. and this baby would probably fit inside the door! Existing "Smart-fridges" cost an arm and a leg, plus their functions are completely daft so I've always said I'd build a better one myself.
