Intel's offering though officially rated to the same price point, yet AMD always manages to lower its prices.<br><br>It is sometimes very confusing. Last time I was building system (3 years ago), new AMD CPUs were released with official prices in $400-600 range. Yet, next day I was able to buy the $400 CPU for $320. Then I was waiting for January just to hear that the brand new HP 2140 will be available in February. The M780 (and its desktop equivalent 780G) is such an amazing chipset, its incredibly efficient and feature filled.
