You better duck...<br><br>In all seriousness, I don't know why this game has stayed with me for so long (whether nostalgic value, or simply gameplay value) but I've gotta agree with KarlW.  I haven't had nearly the experience I had with that game in anything since.  In fact, I just recently had my discs resurfaced so that I could play through it all again.  As much as I'd care to see a remake, I feel like they'd somehow change things too much in doing so, and that would likely be for the worse. Sure, I remember FF8 and 9, but I don't have the same soft spot for the other FF games.   <br><br>I certainly loved the FF7 story, and the characters. Zelda:OoT is close, but it just didn't have those climatic moments that FF7 did.<br><br>FF7's characters were on just the right side of the uncanny valley - despite speaking in text and being made of badly textured cubes and cylinders. I really liked them as I was playing the game.<br><br>A PS3 remake would just be awesome. There are some things will need to be changed.  The graphics and sounds will probably be the two main things.  The only things that I think shouldn't be changed is the story and the gameplay.
