Looks like the 1366 x 768 display is the "LED HD" model, and NONE of the listed units has that designation, which makes you wonder what the hell you'd be paying that $779 for. Not the price difference, the total cost.<br><br>To BUY 2GB of RAM for one of these suckers, you'd pay like $22.00.  <br><br>Total price to upgrade the $499.00 model to the same specs as the $779 model... $91.00.<br><br>Amount saved... $189.00.<br><br>Seriously, come on...  the price differences are even less than this. Since I have to scroll vertically anyway, the 768 vs 576 makes little practical difference.<br><br>Even so, I'll always wait for the high-res; if not for web, then for great justice. E.g. in HP you have to go thru piles of menus before you can actually see configuration of notebook. Comparing two notebook is always hustle and is impossible for notebooks from different "product lines."
