There was some trouble with the case about six months after I bought it, but their customer service took care of it.<br><br>The aesthetics may not be great, but the drive and fan seem silent from eight feet away.  I did take a tiny bit of electrical tape and cover up 80% of the red power LED to get it down to a more reasonable brightness when watching TV in low or no light.
