As for the TV's - I have to disagree slightly. The LaserVue is a nice TV, but its 11" deep! And I bought a Pioneer PDP-6020FD for $3675.99 - nowhere near the $5,500. Where are you getting your prices? Worst-Buy?

What about the Panasonic 65" plasma? Sure, it shows 50 less lines of resolution during fast motion than the Kuro - but it still beats EVERY LCD every made, EVER. 320 - 600 lines of res on motion? Pfft. Untill they come out with a 240Hz LED LCD - I would recommend against LCD.
