The logic here is that the problem has been so well addressed that you only needed to send it in twice. So you had a couple weeks without a console that should have been replaced outright and recalled and that's okay? RROD is/was a major issue and is worthy of ridicule. I think he means they took care of this problem on new consoles, or the fact that they took care of him both times his console crapped out. Of course, if this happened to you early on, MS might not have fixed the problem correctly the first time, so experiencing a RROD more than once could have happened to you.

Anyway, happened to me after about 2.5 into having a 360. Got my 360 back in like three weeks and they even fixed a disc tray opening problem I had, all at absolutely no cost to me. Though personally, rather than branding it with the 360 Logo, I would

Also, the worst venue ever. Fighting games, fo'sho, but I can't imagine STANDING for the duration of a FPS/3PS/RTS/brawler/every other genre out there.
