#2 Some company should focus on designing a laptop bag with a built in printer for regular letter/legal sized paper that costs less than $100. Assuming most people are smarter than you (very easy to do by the way), they would know ahead of time that yes, I will have to buy ink and paper for this, and that is something I'm prepared to do. Sure, maybe there is a novelty factor here... but this is no different than buying a small photo only printer. And those have sold quite well, and people still buy the ink and paper for them. This is basically a small portable photo sized printer, with a huge screen on it.
